Refunds & Cancellations

1.1 Order Cancellation and Variation

• Customers may cancel or modify their order by providing written notice to Bin Master no less than three (3) business days before the scheduled delivery date.
• (a) If the cancellation occurs less than two (2) business days before the delivery date, a fee of 10% of the total charge will apply.
• (b) If the cancellation occurs on the delivery date, a fee of 20% of the total charge will apply.

1.2 Order Modification

• Any requests to modify an order as per clause 1 are subject to the sole discretion of Bin Master and may incur additional fees for changes in service and other reasonable costs.

1.3 Refund Policy

• Customers acknowledge that they will not receive a refund for any fees or charges if adequate notice for cancellation or modification is not provided as outlined in clause 1.

1.4 Cancellation by Bin Master

• Bin Master reserves the right to cancel the customer's order at any time before the scheduled delivery date if Bin Master is unable to supply or deliver the skip bins or perform the service on the date or time required by the customer.

1.5 Customer Refund on Cancellation by Bin Master

• If Bin Master cancels the order, the customer will receive a full refund of any payments made for the canceled order unless otherwise agreed in writing. No further liability will be incurred by Bin Master.

1.6 Cancellation Due to Access or Safety Issues

• Bin Master may cancel this agreement without prejudice to its rights under this agreement including delivery/collection charges if, upon arrival at the site address, Bin Master determines that access is restricted or not permitted, the site gradient is dangerous, or there are other safety issues that could pose a risk to persons nearby.

1.7 Termination for Prohibited Materials or Unpaid Fees

• Bin Master is authorised to terminate this agreement and leave the skip bin contents at the site address if the bin contains prohibited materials, is overloaded, has materials protruding, or if the specified fees have not been paid prior to delivery of the skip bin.
