    Conditions of Hire General Household

    CONDITIONS OF HIRE – GENERAL HOUSEHOLD

    Prohibited Items

    • Building or renovation material i.e.; treated timber, metal, concrete, masonry, brick, tiles, gyprock.
    • Dirt, sand, soil, clay, synthetic grass and synthetic grass underlay.
    • Tree trunks larger than 150mm in diameter and under 500mm long, tree or plant roots.
    • Liquids, chemicals or other hazardous substances.
    • Villa-board or fibro.
    • Gas bottles or fire extinguishers.
    • Food waste.
    • Tyres or mattresses. (These can be placed on Top for an additional fee. $70 per Mattress, $50 per Tyre.)

    Contamination with prohibited items will incur a minimum fee of $200.00 and possible reload fees.


    If asbestos is found in any skip bin’s we reserve the right to return and tip the bin back at the customers house or a fee will be charged to cover the safe transport and disposal of the asbestos.

    Payment

    • Payment must be made on delivery by one of the following methods; Mastercard, visa, or American Express at delivery or via call with office. Cash to driver at delivery.
    • We do not accept payment on pickup.
    • If hire time is extended payment must be made via call with office on the day the hire is extended, not on pick up.

    Hire Period

    • Standard hire is for 7 days including the weekend. The bin will be automatically collected on the 7th day of hire unless extension is arranged with the office at least 24 hours prior to pick up day. Please see T&C’s for further information.
