      Conditions of Hire Building and Renovation

      CONDITIONS OF HIRE – Building & Renovation

      Prohibited Items

      • Dirt, soil, clay or sand
      • Liquids or chemicals.
      • Aerosols
      • Gas bottles and fire extinguishers
      • Food waste.
      • Tyres & Mattress
      • Fibro or villa board (Unless certified non asbestos)
      • Loose insulation
      • Hazardous or suspect hazardous materials

      Contamination with prohibited items will incur a minimum fee of $200.00 and possible reload fees.


      If asbestos is found in any skip bin’s we reserve the right to return and tip the bin back at the customers house or a fee will be charged to cover the safe transport and disposal of the asbestos.

      Weight Limits

      • 2 Cubic Metre - 750kg ($35 per 100kgs overweight)
      • 3 Cubic Metre – 1000kg ($35 per 100kgs overweight)
      • 4 Cubic Metre – 1200kg ($35 per 100kgs overweight)
      • 5 Cubic Metre - 1400kg ($35 per 100kgs overweight)
      • 6 Cubic Metre – 1600kg ($35 per 100kgs overweight)
      • 8 Cubic Metre – 1800kg ($35 per 100kgs overweight)
      • 10 Cubic Metre - 2200kg ($35 per 100kgs overweight)
      • 12 Cubic Metre – 2700kg ($35 per 100kgs overweight)

      *We estimate Concrete & Soil to weight roughly 1-1.25 tonne per Cubic Metre

      Payment

      • Payment must be made on delivery by one of the following methods; Mastercard, visa, or American Express at delivery or via call with office. Cash to driver at delivery.
      • We do not accept payment on pickup.
      • If hire time is extended payment must be made via call with office on the day the hire is extended, not on pick up.

      Hire Period

      • Standard hire is for 14 days including the weekend. The bin will be automatically collected on the 14th day of hire unless extension is arranged with the office at least 24 hours prior to pick up day. Please see T&C’s for further information.
